INFRASTRUCTURE

OUR MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES:

We currently operate through two manufacturing units spread over a total area of 8000 square meters with covered area of over 35000 square feet, located at Victoria Park and Rali Chauhan, both in Meerut. We have capacity to manufacture transformers upto 12 MVA, 33kV Class and stabilizers upto 3.5 MVA. 


OUR IN-HOUSE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING:

Our Company develops the products based on our in-house design and engineering capabilities. Our in-house software for designing transformers is frequently upgraded to adapt to customer needs and further improve product quality. Our resource planning software, ‘Production Management System’, helps to effectively streamline the important processes of our business such as enquiry generation, order booking, product planning, parts purchase, inventories management, orders tracking and sales report. We believe that we are perhaps one of the few SMEs to have developed this wide product range without any technical collaboration or assistance.

ONLINE POWERWARE UPS:Online Powerware UPS provide total solution for protecting valuable data and equipment from power problems. These are based on state of the art IGBT technology. It has Inbuilt isolation transformer to prevent electrical surges and harmonics. Moreover, it is equipped with LCD display, Remote monitoring software for easy monitoring from remote sites.


AUTOMATIC POWER FACTOR CONTROLLER:The Automatic Power Factor Controllers provides the cost effective solution for controlling the power factor in different installations. The controller protects the equipment by conserving the energy and avoiding the detrimental effects of over current. This helps in increasing the life of equipment and reducing the load of generator.


SERVO STABLIZER/VOLTAGE REGULATOR:We strive to offer complete power solutions to our clients. For fulfilling our clients' needs we deliver them the best quality products. Servo Voltage Stabilizers is a 3-phase, distortion-free, automatic voltage controller that gives perfectly stable output even under severe conditions of unbalanced voltage. It increases life of your equipment, reduced heating and minimal losses.

HT AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATORS:Constructionally, it consists of two interconnected tanks, one housing the distribution and buck-boost transformers and the other housing the servo voltage controller as shown in the single line diagram. In case there is a voltage fluctuation on the HT side the controller will move the carbon brushes on the dimmer unit to tap the equivalent of voltage to be added or subtracted on the HT side. This voltage would then be fed to the buck-boost transformer connected to the HT input of the distribution transformer. The buck-boost transformer will, in turn, add or subtract it from incoming HT voltage, so that HT voltage is always maintained at its set value. A bypass handle is provided to ensure that the voltage control unit can be bypassed, in case needed.

    Condition monitoring is emerging as an essential element in power industry. Power problems like voltage fluctuations to transformer breakdowns need strict monitoring for reducing the costs and enhancing the life and utility of power products.

    Recently we have added few products which help in Condition Monitoring of power and distribution transformers. These devices help in reducing the maintenance costs incurred by users. The products offered to you are as under:
    Online Fault Sensor (developed by ERDA and patented)
    Automatic OLTC dashboard with remote monitoring
    WTI/OTI and Energy Meter Monitoring
